A small but important update, as it adds the last piece to be able to complete the game. 

• Added the final "cruise ferry" mini game, needed to clear the last piece of evidence.
• Added a "game complete" sequence. Being an open game, it is possible to continue exploring the city after this.
• Added a prompt before exiting Gambler's club so players won't do it by accident.
• Improve sound/music on game over
• The ability to plant bugs in the café was broken, this is fixed now.
